Purchased a pair for my 2006 Passat. Each item came in a different box :( One in original Bilstein packaging, the second one in a no-name box. items were not damaged and looked brand new.Driving and handling are excellent, but little stiffer than Sachs.

It’s nice to have a smooth ride back. Work great and fit well.These fit my 2010 VW Passat. Not the easiest job to do with limited tools, but I got it done.

Amazon says these will not fit but my 2006 Passat, but I checked directly with Bilstein and they say that they will.Note: These are NOT meant to be upgrading to a Bilstein sport suspension. These are designed to keep OE quality ride on the vehicle. Considering that Bilstein and Sachs have been suppliers to VW/Audi for years, these will do the job just fine.
