Check photos, I already had cotton that I bought from the craft store before the product arrived YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN, THIS IS ONLY THE BODY SUIT LOL. Anyway, it is spandex so it stretches great (I got the XXL) it runs like a medium, but if you want a form fit, it still works and like I said, it is really stretchy. You don't even need that much cotton (I had sheets and I only used a quarter of the sheet to make it this big). The body suit comes with an internal zipper, which is awesome. You'll need to shape it to get the desired result, I am performing an elaborate prank so I get to make it bigger over time by adding more cotton as I go, hence why I chose this product over the standard sponge belly. All in all, if you are wearing a dress and a jacket, it will look like real life.
