I used this pulley to replace the lower idler pulley on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 liter V8, and it fit and works perfectly. They even included a pair of work gloves in the box, which was unexpected, but appreciated. I would definitely recommend this idler pulley to anyone needing this particular size.
