Not too hard to instal even for a reasonably competent 80 year old. Only thing I dislike is the faucet hot/cold seem backwards. Still trying to get used to the touchless feature. Which does turn off sometimes when trying to wash a large item. Real pain to submit the warranty registration. Thought is was made in the USA, box said made in China. My shame

Purchased one some years ago and worked great. At one point, it was leaking a little bit but the company promptly sent us the replacement part, and no issues since. The batteries last for a few years.Bought a second one for a family member, and this purchase was for another house. Great quality and looks, and motion sensor works great too.

I'm over the moon about my new kitchen faucet! The motion-activated feature is an absolute game-changer, bringing in a touchless and super convenient way to operate it. The dual spray options add a whole new level of versatility, making it a breeze to switch between modes for various tasks. The pull-down hose is simply fantastic, offering easy maneuverability and reaching every nook and cranny of the sink. The fact that it's battery-powered is a big plus, making it even more convenient by eliminating the need for a power source nearby.Installation was a breeze, just as promised for an "easy install" faucet. The SmartLatch Retraction is a brilliant addition, ensuring that the hose retracts smoothly and neatly. And here's a cool tidbit: operating the pull-down hose takes advantage of automation. When pulled, the water turns on, and when retracted, the water turns off.Yet, the real standout is how it made handwashing a delight for my kids. The playful motion-activated sensor has transformed a once mundane task into something they actively enjoy. It's a double win for functionality and family-friendly design!

I was a little concerned by some of the reviews which suggested the faucet would malfunction, especially around the handle and sensor. What I observed is the handle operates a little differently than what you'll find on other designs. Specifically, to change the temperature, it rotates. Therefore, if someone were to push it harshly backward or forward, it would cause damage. Meanwhile, water pressure is controlled moving the handle inward or outward from the base.Learning curve aside, this is a very well built faucet. It was purchased to replace a VIGO which leaked, corroded and stained our granite. Comparably, we prefer the simple yet elegant design of this Amazon product which has also proven very functional and sturdy. It was easy to install and maximizes the existing water pressure. The touchless feature is perfect for when you're cooking with poultry or other meats. This feature works by leaving the handle in the 'on' position and leveraging the sensor to trigger the water. Once triggered, the handle can be rotated for desired temperature or adjusted for pressure. Then simply use the sensor to stop the water flow.So far we are very pleased with our purchase and hope the faucet proves durable over the long run.

Just replaced our 20+ year old kitchen faucet with this Bio Bidet model and it is an excellent replacement. The installation was a snap with the included instructions and via the design. This was my first time with replacing a faucet and it went very smoothly. We went with the brushed nickel finish since we have a stainless steel double-sink and the match is so close that you can't really tell the difference. My only minor issue was with the compartment that stores the batteries. You have to replace the module in the space in a particular position or it can be a challenge to get the door closed back over the batteries, but this is a nit pick and not a major issue at all.I appreciate the quality of the materials and the touch-less eye requires just the right distance from your hand that you would want to turn on/off the faucet automatically. The other feature I really love about this unit is the auto water flow start by simply pulling the sprayer head down and out of the unit, then stopping on its return to the spout. It's a nice extra function that you naturally fall into using all the time.If your looking for a great, modern, stylish, easy to install kitchen faucet, I highly recommend you give this one strong consideration. Excellent value for what you pay, easy to install, works like a charm and looks great!

Like any DIY project it is never as easy as you think. In this case, the faucet was an absolute SNAP to install. It took me 5-10 minutes to install the faucet and control box, so kudos to Biodet for making installation easy. This doesn't include the 60-90 min to figure out how to wrench my old faucet out and the struggle to get my inlet hoses to fit the faucet hoses (thanks to a bad house plumber, who would think to use standard sizes???). Before you take anything apart make sure you have looked at the connections to make sure you don't need to run to the hardware store 4-5 times. It looks very nice and the sensor works as advertised. It is nice to wave your hand instead of touching the handle, especially when your hands are full or dirty. In my few minutes of use the only thing I noticed is that when you pull out the spray hose that it does not snap back into place. When it does snap into place the water automatically turns off, it also turns on when you pull the sprayer out. Some reviewers have said it does not have a back check valve so the cold water constantly mixes with the hot water making the hot water heater run constantly. I am not sure about the hot water heater issue, but I had the cold water inlet hooked up and hot water inlet disconnected. When the cold water went on it worked fine. When you made the temperature warmer cold water started flowing out of the hot water hose on the faucet. I find this but perhaps Biodet has a perfectly good reason for this activity. I ended up installing a check valve on the hot water line just in case.Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the sprayer weight doesn't seem heavy enough and I will call Biodet this week to figure out solution (could be a few fishing sinkers to fix it).I bought based on reviews and I am so far impressed.

I recently bought and installed this product. Its pretty good, the motion sensing works well and it doesn't get that dirty although my water is pretty hard.Pros:-The instructions were pretty good, they had pictures that explained things when the words were too terse, and I appreciate the photos-When I ran into trouble (I didn't know the motion sensing requires the water to literally be in the ON position, I thought they meant just cold, because if its ON its just water flowing down) I called them and someone quickly answered the phone and helped me with it-It comes with all the parts you need, including the deck plate in case you have a 3 hole countertop instead of a 1 hole countertop-This was my first motion sensing faucet and it wasn't that hard to install even though there's extra hoses for the motion sensing box-Installation required very few tools, no fancy basin wrench needed, a simple screw driver is sufficient-Once the motion sensing is setup, it works really well for not just activating but most importantly for turning off the faucet as well. Almost no lag and it doesn't feel annoying like you'd have to pause and spend extra time at the kitchen sink. The sensor is pretty good.Cons:-The nozzle isn't magnetic and retracting smoothly like those $300-400 brand ones. It has a lip on the back that lines up to close.-The 4 AA batteries that are needed don't come with it. Not sure if its because it would increase the BOM cost by $1-2 or there's some shipping liability involved. In summary, I bought this faucet because it was much cheaper (more than $100+, almost half price) compared to the other brands like Moen or Delta but it has the same or better quality. I installed into my new house construction home where I'm replacing all the Moen faucets with Hansgrohe faucets for the bathroom, and this FLOW faucet for the kitchen sink.
