I've been using these for years now. Seems to be the best value overall. It says one time use, but I've used them at least 2 times, sometimes 3. Great for grounding at night while I sleep, attached to the grounding plug in every household. Buy a Grounding Kit, and a Few Packs of These Patches, and You Instantly Have FREE Healing, In Your House. My Tore Rotator Cuff was the biggest healing I have done with Grounding at Night while I sleep. The 1st few days I was in serious pain. I would put a patch on my foot, bottom, just below the ball. Then I had one, directly on my shoulder where I thought was the crucial point. One Night, the pain in my shoulder would not allow me to sleep. So the Divine sent a Message/Download to me, which stated, Put Both Patches, 2 Grounding Patches on one side, and the other. So once I put one patch on the front, and one on the back of my shoulder, the pain went away INSTANTLY, and I had a great night's sleep. 3-4 months later, I resumed exercise, but of course with caution, working my way up. I have to wear a heart rate monitor daily. I bought these, as the previous brand was leaving welts and skin irritation. These weren't much better. I switched to some square Kendall ones that have been much better
