This works really great at breaking up the enzymes in pee and taking away a lot of the odor. Repeated use of it makes a real difference, too. It also works great on cat vomit. My kitty frequently vomits up his food...and this does a good job breaking up the enzymes and thus avoiding staining on the rug.

I used this urine smell neutralizer on carpet where our kittens missed the litter box. I soaked the area well with this product and after it dried the odor was gone.This product does have a strong chemical odor when you spray it but it goes away along with the urine smell.

I rescue/foster cats and have used a lot of products. This urine cleaning spray works! It cleans stains fast and the odor is gone. It also get into the urine and neutralizes it leaving no smell at all. I live that it is not heavily scented and just covers up the smell, it really does get rid of the Odor, not instantly but it does go away after about 20 minutes. The cats seem to stay away from the treated area. I don’t mind paying more for a product as long as it works and this one is now going to be my preferred cleaner.

I have three dogs and this is a must have for pet oenwers. While you do have to use this on each spot over again. It does help to reduce the odor. I leave it on the spot for about 5 min and then use my small rug cleaner to clean it up. There is no smell left behind. It does not prevent my dogs from going in the same area though.

Bioesque Urine Neutralizer works great but a few spray sessions are needed to control and possibly eliminate the odors. We have 4 cats, which for the most part, we clean litter pans on a daily basis so Bioesque Urine Neutralizer is used for the unsuspecting accidents and litter box control at times.The urine neutralizer fragrance has anice pleasant smell to it which is good and not over-powering, but seems to dissipate fairly quickly.Comes in a nice large spray bottle.Overall, it works as described and intended, therefore a full 5-Star review is in order!Recommended for its price and performance.

I jinxed myself by ordering this because I had occasion to use it the day after it arrived. A long-haired kitty often scoots her bum over the carpet, to clean herself, leaving long *skid marks*. I sprayed this on it, saturated it, and then patted and scrubbed with paper towels after letting it set for a minute or two. The stain came right up, and there's no poo odor. Works to freshen up the litter box, too.

This spray helps with the smells, BUT, it is supposed to help prevent pets from marking the clean area again and it didn’t deliver on that promise. My most difficult dog keeps marking even the treated areas, so it doesn’t repel the desire to mark. As a cleaner though, I can say it helps, but at a steep price mark up compared to a regular disinfectant like Lysol.
