I like my coffee but my coffee mood definitely changes with the seasons and for warmer weather I typically go cold brew. These prepackaged packets are the perfect addition to your pantry to make cold brew coffee a breeze. Just grab a packet and put it in a pitcher or large container of water per the instructions.I found this coffee to be rich and full bodied, while not bitter or too acidic. My only comments would be to make sure you allow this coffee plenty of time to steep and I used a large metal spoon to keep the packets submerged in my pitcher as they tend to float. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll enjoy this cold brew coffee on the regular.

Hm. Ok, I’ll start by saying that maybe my opinion here is slightlyyyy off because I didn’t brew exactly as instructed. I probably should have, but I can guarantee I wouldn’t have loved it much.I pretty much only drink dark roast coffee, for hot or cold brew. But I really wanted to try this. And I knew for my taste to come level to what the coffee should actually be like, I needed to alter it a bit.So instead of using 2 bags, I used 3. And instead of brewing for like 12-18hrs, I let it sit for almost 30. If you’re like me and like dark roast, bolder coffee… just do it. LolThe smell is great. (I got the white chocolate mousse, btw) It does kinda have a white chocolate flavor, which is surprising to me as I don’t usually taste it. It taste really good! Now, it’s not my new fave, but it’s good and tastes like a good quality.When you take the bags out of the pitcher, be sure careful with them because they WILL tear open easily. But also, be sure to give them a light squeeze for a bit because the grounds hold so much liquid!The coffee is not bitter and is really quite smooth.The coffee arrived fine. No broken bags. I’d recommend it. But again, if you like darker/bolder coffee, use an extra pack and let it sit longer.

I've tried many of the flavors of cold brew bags by birch glen roasters and this is my least favorite. It has a harsher flavor than the others I've tried. My favorite is pumpkin and white chocolate mousse

These bags are easy to add to water and after 18 hours made a delicious cold brew, but can brew in 12 too. The pecan flavor is smooth and can be enjoyed without sugar or milk, but we added some milk and condensed milk. Really good quality and worth the price!

Bags are a little thin and tend to rip easily but they still hold up being soaked as long as not ripped

Very disappointed that both bags opened while seeping in the water. I had to filter them out in order to make a cup. Taste is ok.

I don't drink cold brew coffee, but my son does, so I ordered this Birch Glen Coffee for him. These are his opinions and remarks, after making and drinking several pitchers of this coffee:He said this coffee is very easy to make, which who doesn't like anything easier, if given a choice.He also said that he enjoyed the taste of this coffee, which he added was "good".The only thing he would like differently, is the strength of the brew. Even though he followed the brewing instructions, he found the coffee to be on the somewhat weaker side, as far as the flavor of it.I guess the strength Can be increased (according to other reviews) by brewing it longer, or by using an additional filter pack of coffee during the brewing process. But if you do use an extra filter pack, that also decreases the number of pitchers that this bag of coffee will make. Just something to keep in mind.
