Got this for my son who is a veteran and he loves it. It is very nice quality with a stretchy black band for universal fit. The metal piece on the top with the flag is very nice, very well-made and looks classy, not cheap at all. The band is tough and seems like it will up to wear and tear. Overall a great gift for the veteran or first responder and a great value for the money, Highly recommend

Not every 13 year old boy will wear a bracelet, but if yours do, then this product will work. It's low key designed, seems well made. I am also not sure if the boy will still wear it when he turns 14, but it's a nice momento.
