Product was used, not clean. Box was damaged. Holes in it. Presentation was terrible. At least clean it up before shipping a product like this. It wasn't sanitary. The item is meant to clean and sanitize. I would not trust this seeing the filth on the inside.

I bought this as I am the new owner of a puppy and they have a lot of accidents. This product emits a foul odor from the vent during use. It’s likely from the urine being cleaned up and put in the disposal tank but it is terrible. Use nose plugs while operating.

I bought this item for a Christmas gift and the box looks absolutely horrible!!! It is torn and banged up an looks retaped! I’m embarrassed to give it to someone looking like that & wonder if it even works!!!! This is not the only one this season that looks like it’s been to hell & back!
