missing the nuts to secure the uprights to the base

I ordered two of these, as we have a commercial laundry facility and these style carts are amazing for the way we do things. I've got 6 of another brand that I have bought from Amazon that are great. These two came in today in damaged boxes, missing the nuts to secure the uprights to the base, and one of them having a torn seam for the black piece. Definitely sup par quality. I've initiated a return and will be purchasing the brand I have been using, even though they're nearly twice the price.

Was able to set it up even though it was missing some ploy bag screws and tubes. The material is durable but for my first order as a test im pretty disappointed.

It was a pain to put together and it is not durable. The cart comes out of bottom frequently.

This cart is okay once you have it assembled. The first thing I will say is that this cart material is pretty sturdy for the most part. The material for the actual cart is good. Be careful when handling the wood, there are splitters of wood that poke out. It is not exactly evenly scanned. Also the wheels are wrapped in plastic which is SUPER annoying to remove. I almost gave ups as I have to actually cut the plastic and peel it off little by little. I would have left it on but it caused the wheels to get stuck. The poles are a bit annoying to install as well. The instructions on this are not the best. It was a bit of trial and error a few times which is annoying. It does not come with the tools needed to put this together so expect to have your own tools. I was able to screw the poles in and installed the brackets on top. The actual tarps were the most annoying to put in. The first thing I will say is that the red tarp does not go over the poles. It is actually held by the black tarp and rope. It is really annoying to have to put the rope through the tarp while trying to make sure you have enough length to go around. You have to make sure to pull the rope through and leave enough slack to make it around and then some. The reason being is that it bobs and weaves through and it becomes harder to pull the rope as you go around the edges. Once you are done, just tie it as tight as you want while also making sure to leave enough for a "handle". It is quite annoying to put together. For the most part, the tarp is pretty sturdy. It can handle a good amount of weight. The frame parts support the weight when you are pulling or pushing it around. The wheels are definitely not the best. They lock quite a bit a few times and I am not really sure why. They are definitely still. Overall this bin is annoying to put together. The instructions definitely need work but at least the tarp is durable. I would say definitely update the design to make it easier to put together.

Big cart! Assembly is easy if you DON’T follow the manual. It’s not for this item, possibly a different model. Some screws don’t go smoothly. But I’ll still buy it!

It came perfectly packaged. The inside is very deep, you can put a lot of stuff inside so you do not have to carry it. I might buy another one. Love it.
