This review is for Black Air Portable Handy Sand Blasters, Small Sand Blaster, Air Sand Blaster Gun Kit for Air Compressor Remove Paint, Rust, Stains, and Grime from Metal and Wood Surfaces.The product itself seems like it works well, once you figure it out. If you are like me and have never owned one of these, it's a bit tricky and the instructions are... well, non-existent. So I had to guess at how to put it together and what to use in it. Because I'm not a professional, I'm not going to make that recommendation. In fact, I'm not going to recommend this at all if you've not used a sand blaster before. If you're a pro and looking for something light and quick, this might be for you.

This basic sandblaster is handy for those quick little jobs. It is handheld and self-contained. Basic functionality includes a good air valve and gravity fed media feeder. Comes with two tips and air hose connections. Pricing seems a little high for the basic level and build of this design. Included PPE should be upgraded right away.

The Black Air Portable Handy Sand Blaster is effective for small-scale rust and paint removal. It’s compact and easy to handle, making it perfect for DIY projects. It works well on metal and wood, though it requires a powerful air compressor for best results. The sand reservoir could be larger for continuous use.

when i first unboxed the sand blaster the first thing i noticed was it felt a bit cheaply made. It is all plastic. for the price point i guess that is to be expected, however it did work as described and i couldnt find any fault except i wish the hopper was a bit bigger.proseasy to uselight weightfor home usageconshopper could be a little biggerfeels like it would break easy due to plastic construction

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review.For a while I have wanted a sandblaster for doing some media blasting of old parts when I am restoring tools, decorations, etc. The cost has always been the factor that kept me from getting one. This one is really reasonable and does the job. You do need to get material for blasting but the kit comes with everything else I needed to hook up to my compressor and start blasting away. The even included some gloves and goggles, though a face shield might be wise to get if you don't have one. Totally happy with this, especially at this price point and with my occasional use.

I do vintage car and motorcycle restoration as a hobby, and at times there can be some tough spaces that need to be blasted to remove paint and rust. It can be a quite a chore to pull out all the equipment needed for blasting when you only have a small area that needs treating. That is where this blasting gun comes into play. It is a great kit and one with everything you need other than the air compressor.

Eveything you need. I do have a similar kit that comes with ceramic nozzles, this only comes with steel nozzles.
