The derby cover, made of 6061 aluminum, is meticulously CNC machined, sandblasted, and anodized to achieve a retro black finish with a unique texture. Its concave sections are precisely cut using CNC milling cutters, blending frosted black and glossy black elements for a striking visual effect.

The derby cover is constructed from 6061 aluminum and incorporates a Clarity surface made of high-temperature resistant PC board. It is securely sealed with an oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluoroplastic O-ring.
