there was no hole pre-drilled in the upper drivers side at the headlight, so i drilled all the way through and installed a bolt ,nut and lock washer of my own. Other than that it was easy to install and looks great on the ridgeline.

I'm impressed, I just installed this yesterday. It took two people to complete the install. The installation directions were TERRIBLE, but the product itself is impressive. Solid, robust and looks great. If you're considering buying a grille guard, this is the one to get for your Honda Ridgeline... A+

I received this grill guard and it was several weeks before I had time to install so I did not open it until then (the box showed no sign of damage). Although the parts were all wrapped with padding, the pieces were loose inside the box and I found that there were 2 small dents in the top crossbar. Bling4cars worked with the supplier to get me some compensation, which was nice since I was past the return window. Except for the dents, the product is very well built and installation was not that hard to do (took about 2.5 hours - hardest part was trimming the lower splash shield on my Ridgeline for the mounting brackets to poke out of). Everything fit as it should and all the hardware lined up with little trouble, just be sure to read through all the instructions before you start (they can be a bit confusing in spots, but if you "dry fit" the parts to figure out where they go, it is not too bad). Instructions do have some pictures, which are helpfull. I did most of the install myself and only needed help when it came time to fit the heavy center section to the mounting brackets. One comment - looks like the product used to be one piece and the instructions say to install the top stabilizing brackets when you put the center section in but they actually attach to the side headlight extensions. Leave all the mounting bolts loose until you line everything up. Finish is pretty good - will see how it holds up over time.

It is a great looking Brush guard, but I had to take it to the dealership to get it installed. But thats not the Guards fault, it makes my truck stand out in the crowd, it's just what i asked for and just what i got. Thanks Bling4Cars :)
