Rehabbing after a spinal cord injury . Fortunately able to now stand and use these to retrain the pathways . Light , portable , sturdy, maintaines pressure . Have found them beneficial.

Estos pods lastiman por los piquitos que tienen, puede que falte adaptación a las sensaciones. Después de correr lastiman menos. Vienen sin bomba ni válvula. Siento que se requieren varios para armar un circuito porque con 2 se puede hacer poco.

Even deflating it, it still is useless. Don't know if these are a bad set or if this is a bad product line. I have purchased from other manufacturers in the past and this simply doesn't compare.Hard as a rock, hurts your feet, heck, it hurts anything that will have contact with it. Again, don't know if this is just a bad batch, but from reading other reviews, other people have made the same complaint. One cannot place any body part with any amount of weight on it, without hurting, the product is hard and doesn't give.

they are firm enough to hold my 200 Lbs frame up I use them to improve skating balance. my kids love them too seeing who can stand the longest without falling........

great value and far more affordable than kids' "stepping stone" gross motor skills building toys. was able to get 10 for around 35 dollars, whereas the kids sets are usually around 80 and, in my experience, break and get sand everywhere.

Update: I've upgraded my stars from 2 to 4. To my surprise, my dog decided these pods are fun to stand on, after all. He's happy to use them for a variety of balance exercises. Turns out that he only needed a little time to get used to them. The price is much better than other pods, so this was a good deal after all.The "nubs" on these balance pods are very hard and too pointy! Ouch! I bought these to use in dog training, but the points are much too sharp for dog paws. I had tried another brand, made especially for dogs, at a local dog-training center and they were great; but that brand was expensive, so I bought these.
