I purchased 10 folding chairs which arrived in two large boxes. Both boxes had damage and one of the chair frames had a bent upright, making assembly with the seat back not possible. Contacted seller and Reese resolved the issue quickly and efficiently by sending me a new chair frame. So, 5 stars customer service, 4 stars overall due to poor packaging. I would buy again, the product is decent quality for the money.
