Don't buy. This drain doesn't work correctly consistently. The rubber stopper will sometimes flip the wrong way making it useless when it does this. You have to get your fingers in between the rubber and the metal and manually flip it back down. Also, this screws in, but it never stops screwing, so you don't know when you've screwed too much and then it can make it so that you can't pop it up or down. Its just not designed well and way too much work.

Installed unit on a 45-year-old bathtub drains well , It fit pretty good with just a little bit of the old chrome drain showing

Sincerely, I was prepared to be disappointed but this is actually very nice and super simple to use. I have a new airbath being installed and the pvc drain fell apart installing the drain and stopper it came with, upgraded to a brass drain to prevent further issues but the otger stopper no longer worked with it so got this, and it would work with either drain because of the optioned sizes of seals. It works exactly as expected and it looks fantastic with the rest of the brushed nickle air jets etc. Filled the tub to test and no leaks, just works. Would buy again, no question.

I tried a couple of others before I came across this stopper and they leaked . It is so simple, you just drop it in and it works. My daughter has been using it for almost 2 months and she is very pleased. If you want one that does the job give it a try.

I got this tub stopper to replace an old stopper in our tub. I was unaware that this stopper didn't have the threaded part needed for the type of tub we have. I bet it would have worked perfectly if I would have gotten the correct part.

Easy to install and looks great. We had a broken plug and this was a great fix. Love that it came with the attachment to change the other piece as well. Good quality. Highly recommend.

Was updating a spare bathroom before putting the house on the market. The tub that is in this bathroom is from the mid 1970's. The harvest gold collection. Decided to paint the tub white and wanted to update the chrome finishes to black. The drain in this tub was a flip handle drain that never sat right and always has had a slow leak whenever I would give my daughter a bath. After finding this, I decided to give it a shot. It was easy as 1, 2, 3! Removed the screen from the drain and slipped this in. I actually put the larger ring on it to really make it snug and not leak. It took some pressure to get it all the way seated in the tub but it worked! It doesn't leak. The push feature works flawlessly. Very happy with this update. Just spray painted the other pieces and changed what I could to black. It's a great temp fix!
