Good so far, I’ve been through a few of these( other brands) since the start of the year so I’m watching it for now. But the only fault is the head where the steam comes out is a little smaller than I’m used to.

This steamer is pretty nice and compact. It's pretty simple to use and effective. It takes the wrinkles out of my dress pretty quickly. It's lightweight, so I can bring it when we travel, and the cord is long, which is ideal for me because the old one I had had to be close to the outlet. I would give 4.5 because the inlet where you put water is kind of smaller than what I am used to, so I'm spilling more water than I should be. Also, when I don't use all the water and just want to dump it right away, there is still some water that stays because the hole is small. I just wish it was bigger for easy cleanup. It's probably just mine where the brush won't stay and just keeps falling. Overall, it is still very nice and useful for the price, and it even has an auto shut-off after minutes according to the instructions if somehow I get distracted with my toddlers.

La plancha sirve más para improvisar en un viaje o con telas más suaves que no necesiten de tanto planchado, ya que son poco arrugadas.

The steam burns the hand that holds the device. The part that spits out the steam is too close to the handle and there's no way to not be scalded
