This microwave heats food in half the time my previous one did. I know it's because of the power but it is refreshing to heat up something for 2 minutes or less that use to take 3 plus minutes. It is large and takes up lots of space but it's well worth the purchase and long-term investment.

We were in need of a new microwave as our old one was drawing too much power. After a lot of research, I settled on this model and am very pleased. It was packaged well and arrived in no time. Definitely recommend.

We liked the reliability ratings in CR, and we like the ease of operation and large interior size. The controls are pretty easy to read and operate. One big difference we like (as compared with our 10-year-old Whirlpool) is that the timer button is set up so as to prevent a person from confusing the timer function with the cooking function (!!).

Nice large size. Easy to see inside with the bright light. Door opens and closes smoothly. Shipping was quick. Box was damaged but microwave was ok.

I returned the first one because it was defective and the second one did work properly either. I gave up and requested a refund
