I loved them at first and I had a great experience with customer service about measurements but the blinds faded super quick with the sun. So now when I close them I see different shades in the black and it looks awful 😕

So happy with this purchase!! Blinds are exactly what I was hoping for. A little pricey but the craftsmanship is worth it! And considering it’s handmade and sent from the other side of the world it arrived well before it was expected to.

The manufacturer was very easy to deal with. They contacted me by email to double check my measurements and to offer suggestions. The blind arrived in perfect condition. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I had no problem installing it myself. It works perfectly and I love the look.

Wow was I ever surprised at how perfect this blind is! It’s better in person than what I could have even imagined and matches perfectly with the colours and tones I have in my dining room. The service was awesome and they took such care to make sure it was exactly as it needed to be. I will be ordering more blinds from this company for the rest of my rooms now. Highly recommend!
