Your cart is empty.The BlackRapid FR-5 FastenR Breathe is designed to screw into a 1/4"-20 tripod mount for a camera or lens. A connection point is then created for attachment to a BlackRapid strap's ConnectR locking carabiner. The FR-5 FastenR Breathe features a large, integrated D-ring for easy use with BlackRapid straps that utilize a CR-3 or CR-4 ConnectR. The FR-5 FastenR Breathe is constructed from stainless steel with a nylon coating for durability. An included rubber washer can be used to prevent over-tightening during installation to a compatible tripod mount.

I've been using these for about 3 years now and see no signs of wear. They are coated so you don't have to worry about the buckle that is attached to it making noise as you walk or getting scratches from the metal edges. It is very discrete and subtle. A bit pricey, but worth the purchase.

I bought a few Stainless Steel D Shaft D-ring 1/4" mounting screws for a SeaLife camera tray. All of them were rusted after only 2 ocean dives. The one that attached the camera to the BCD retractor was rusted and the D-ring portion had stretched so much by the end of the trip (8 dives) that the pins had almost been pulled out of the screwhead and the camera would have been lost. The BlackRapid Breathe FR-5 FastenR works perfectly with a Brass Fast Eye Snap Size 0 hook attached to the retractor. There is no doubt as to it's strength and that it is firmly attached. $20 is over-priced for this item, but it does fill a void. When you have to best product you get to set your price.

Fait le job, je l'utilise avec un gros mousqueton pour faire coulisser une sangle.L'anneau est enduit ce qui limite les bruits métallique.
