This bike lock comes with a 52 Inch Premium steel cable, and the whole diameter of the line is 1 inch thick, and it will provide your bike with greater locking flexibility and better protection. There are two ways to lock, one is to lock with alarm, and the other is to lock without alarm. The Blackstone offers a key replacement service. When you buy your Blackstone bike lock, note down the number attached to the keys on a metal tag. Please keep this in a safe place, and then it will be possible to get a new key made up for you when you lose all your keys.

In general, its main function performs, closes )))), but the alarm stopped working in the first week, the lock a little wet in the rain and the alarm began to glitch. Turned on and off at any time and then stopped working altogether. There is some rust in places. Otherwise, it's fine.)

This is a garbage product - good luck trying to understand the instructions. Came apart in a handful of pieces trying to figure out the battery. 20 year Amazon customer, first review…do not buy this lock.

The strength seems fine. However, when armed, the alarm will fully trigger with minimal movement. I'm not sure how long it stays on when it activates, but long enough for me to give up and turn it off. Would be good for an item that should never ever be jostled... not good for a community bike rack though.

This thing is noticeably larger, heavier, and more secure than anything you'll see at Walmart. Strong enough looking that nobody has even tried to steal my bike. I've heard the alarm scream and nothing, including my gear strapped on, get touched. Between the beefy looks and the alarm it keeps honest people honest and dishonest people looking for an easier bike to steal. This thing is immune to bolt cutters and will give a battery powered grinder a time consuming workout.That security does come with some weight though. If you count the extra ounces looking to save weight this lock not for you.

parked it at my gym and heard the alarm going off. went out side and saw some scratches on it looks like someone was trying to cut it but the alarm scared em off. whew. its loud.my biggest concern is... rather or not its easy to break but i mean i heard the alarm and came running so im happy with it so far.

This would be a 1000% better if the u-lock was more robust. The alarm and included cable make this almost the best, but having a thicker u-lock would be the best.
