It shipped fast and was priced right. I didn't expect stellar performance, I just wanted some extra bolts for the little 50lb crossbow pistol I received as a gift. I bought two packages of these bolts. Today I took them into the yard and tried a little target practice. I have a regulation archery target, a denser crossbow target, and several pine boards on my backyard range, and I tried these bolts on all of them. Here's what I found: Stability was poor. The bolts have only two vanes, so lateral stability was awful. Penetration was excessive. The small diameter allowed these to get buried in both the archery and crossbow targets so deeply that I had to use pliers to get them out*. *Removal was pointless. Once the vanes struck the outer fabric of the archery or crossbow targets, the vanes pulled out of the shafts. Energy transfer was ineffective. Where the bolts struck a firmer target like the pine boards, the points simply broke off at impact. Bottom line: I shot all 24 of these bolts, and every single one of them failed. Every single one. They are absolute garbage, do not waste even the little amount of money these things cost.

now all i need is for canada to start acting on intelligence and not butt hurt diaper parents wishs who have less education then ten year olds do who base there opinions on what sounds good........ I mean, I need canada to drop the stupid weapons laws that only poorly effect the legal citizens who want to be able to protect themselves and family.... actually it would be closer to dropping a stupid law putting a requirement on a single handed pistol grip being grounds for banning... i just cant believe it.... I can shoot my cross bow with one hand just fine... its legal... it just so beyond stupid i cant even believe it. canada should be embarrassed the statistic r everywhere how long is everyone going to pretend they dont exist....

I purchased these as replacement bolts.PRO's:- great fit for mini (pistol) crossbow- fairly durable (can be reused if you take care)- shoot straight and shoot hard- good value for the $CON's:- some of the tips were loose (TIP: use thread lock on the tips to secure them to the bolts.)- will not stand up to hard usage*If you found my review helpful, please click the voting button to indicate so!*

These bolts are sharp! They are capable of really sticking into something such as a tree. They can do some damage. I am certain they aren't the sharpest tools out there, but still can pose a threat to some small animals. They are fairly long, about medium in length. They come with a good amount of bolts as well, so for testing the bow out they are good. If you are doing a lot of moving around you may want to get more bolts. These are a good and reliable product, I definitely recommend them.

These bolts are very sharp and will even go through 1/8 inch steel. The only drawback is the plastic tail. It gets stuck while the rest of the bolt (aluminum part) comes right off. I found a great way to keep the bolts together and have no problems. Use super glue to hold both pieces together and they will not come apart again.

These are solid, aerodynamically stable arrows that can be used for target shooting or hunting small to medium sized game (please be sure to check your laws before doing this and to not hunt without a license). They pack plenty of impact power, and they are inexpensive.Some of the negative views on amazon about these arrows are clearly from inexperienced crossbowmen. Crossbow bolts are going to break upon impact on many objects. This is the result of Newton's third law of motion. The shock of impact will cause the head of the bolt to break off from the body at it's structural weak point, which is where the arrow tip is connected to the arrow tubing. If you want to reuse your arrows, then you must fire them at special targets that are shock absorbent.Five stars. Buy plenty of these. :)

After purchasing darts from US online store and finding over half of them defective . Either the pointed tips were loose and come out easily or the ends would. I purchased these and even though they were 3 x the price of the cheap ones(4.00) I would rather have quality

Great product for a great price. All work fantastically, though have a tendency to break when shot at say a piece of wood? The tips and ends are only glued in, instead of having threads that can be replaced or repaired. Perfect for a cheap, disposable practice bolt! I will definitely be buying more in the near future.

Ok for the price but you get what you pay for. Half of them fell apart after first shot. The plastic part separates from aluminum body. You can glue it back though. But the plastic fits so loosely in the aluminum shaft that even straight out of the box they are crooked. And needles to say crooked arrow is not accurate. The arrows that are made entirely from plastic with a metal tip are much better. They look cheap but at least they are straight and accurate.
