Would give negative stars if I could. Cuff stopped working during the warranty period and I tried calling the support number for assistance but it completely sounded like a scam. I got a random “hello” as if I caught him off guard, then finally after 30 seconds they introduced themselves (sketchy) and then asked for my address immediately. I was not comfortable giving out any personal information which I mentioned so he instead asked for my order number which I decided to play it safe and just hang up. Nothing sounded legit. I’d say my gut could have been wrong but since hanging up (so far) I have received three calls one voicemail and a text. Even more sketchy. No thank you. Buy a better brand which is what I’ll be doing.

I am very happy with this blood pressure monitor I purchased . It works great, I love the illuminated screen so when you take your blood pressure at night you can easily see the readings. The 1st one I bought, I was having a problem with the pump, I contacted aqes and their representative, Kevin was a great help. He understood the issue I was having and without any hesitation sent me a brand new bp monitor. This is a great company who really stands behind their products they are selling. Not sure what was going on with the 1st bp monitor, but aqes helped me in evey way to replace it with a new one. No questions asked. For sure if and when I ever need to get another monitor I will definitely buy from aqes again. You can depend on them if you should have any problems. Great company and great employees like Kevin working for them. Very happy I bought my bp monitor from them, and a very good price, and very good quality. Can't say enough good things about my dealings with AQES and their employees! Awesome job! Definitely one of the better businesses selling products on Amazon, glad I found them!👍👍👍👍👍

Bought it for my elderly mother. The screen is very clear and easy for my mom to understand the readings. The two cuffs was the main reason I purchased it. She kept complaining about her old maching that the cuff was too big. This one worked out great and the ease of use and big screen was icing on the cake.

I am a nurse, and when I needed to get a BP cuff, I took it to work and ensured the cuff I purchased was very close to the calibrated blood pressure cuffs at the hospital. This cuff is very accurate. The numbers are large and easy to read; putting on the cuff is quite easy, and have it at the correct area on the arm to get the most accurate readings There is a red area on the binding around the cuff so that you know where it needs to be placed on the cuff so that it is in the inner elbow of the arm. It also describes that a two-finger can fit under the cuff to position it correctly when you put this cuff on.

Was told to get an in-game monitor. Doctor calibrated it while in the office and it was spot on to his office equipment. Unfortunately other than in his office haven't used it cause you can't do it one handed, and husband not too coordinated. Good product except for that.
