I received my order in a timely manner but when first setting it up, I was unable to load time, date etc. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and sent us a replacement which works great. I appreciate working with a company with such great customer service.

Very easy to use took it to my doctor's office it is very accurate at least to the standards of the ones at my doctor's office it is not noisy and it comes with a carrying case in case you need to travel. And there is an option to use batteries with it or to plug it into the wall.

As a registered nurse, I have used many different BP machines in clinical settings. This is the first home machine and I couldn't wait to write a sterling review. First, if you plug it in and use it at your computer, you don't need batteries AND it is about the right height for your arm to rest on the table. Second, the cuff is designed so that the instructions, printed on the cuff itself, (!) are right side up if you correctly positioned the cuff. If you look at your BPcuff wrapped on your arm, and the words are upside down, you have it on wrong. The air tube goes right above the crook of your elbow. It is VERY COMFORTABLE, does not over-inflate or under-inflate. And it comes in a soft, elegant drawstring pouch. Easy to operate, easy to read. What's not to love?! Also, came super fast. !
