How to set the date and time?
In power off mode, press and hold the SET button to set the date and time.
Press MEM to set the year, then press SET to confirm; press MEM to set the month, then press SET to confirm; press MEM to set the date, then press SET to confirm;
Press MEM to select 12/24 hour and then press SET to confirm; press MEM to set the hour and then press SET to confirm; press MEM to set the minute and then press SET to confirm.
How to switch users and view history?
In power off mode, press SET to select User A or User B. MEM and AVG are displayed at the same time, showing the average of the 3 most recent records.
Press and hold MEM for a quick overview of the history, and press once to view each record.
How to delete memories?
Press and hold the MEM and START/STOP buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds and all memories will be deleted.

I bought this blood pressure monitor thinking it would be a useful tool to control blood pressure from home. However, after using it several times, I realized that it is not as accurate as I expected. I have also noticed that the monitor can be a little uncomfortable to use, especially if you have a thinner arm. The pressure band is a little stiff and can cause discomfort if it adjusts too much. Overall, I am not very satisfied with this blood pressure monitor. Although it is easy to use and has a large and clear screen, the lack of precision and the uncomfortable design make it less recommended

I bought this for my husband after he had a recent hospital stay relating to his heart. He loves it and uses it daily. The screen is easy to see and once you get familiar with the way it works, it’s easy-peasy. It’s small size doesn’t take up much room on end table or nightstand. So far, it’s been accurate and very useful Everyone should have one of these, no matter what your age.
