I LOVE Blue Diamond cookware. I have been using this brand for about 3 years --- This is the latest purchase. I am always cooking soups or big amounts and this is perfect. I have never had anything stick. It looks brand new even though I use it several times a month. This pot is just the right size for me. I bought a set for my brother and he loves them too. I gave my nephew a couple of skillets when he first started cooking.

This pan is a great size, , cooks well and is light weight. The only thing I do not lik is that the handles get hot with the pan. They could use some sort of heat proof cover.

I dislike that I forget the handles get really hot. There is an accompanying warning but I still forget. That’s the negative of this pot.However, there are positive qualities like it is the right size for me and the pot’s coating is non stick. It is easy to clean and because it’s not that big, storage is not a problem. Plus there’s an exclusive pot cover. Love this pot but it always hurt my hand when I forget to use my pot holder. I like it but cannot recommend it you just have to buy it and try it.

After much annoying shopping I landed on this one. SO GLAD I DID! Other than the handle’s getting hotter than hell fires it’s amazing! (You can buy silicone handle covers here on Amazon) when used to deep fry it makes the best chicken wings. Baked a whole Cornish hen and it wiped clean after. The hen was crispy and delicious. Blue diamond is the best brand of cookware I have ever owned.
