I bought this item due to the high ratings, however after reading the directions included with the product, I find them very vague, and incomplete, the instructions are helpful but need to be more detailed , they seem to just end with final answers. I am going to install the unit regardless of the instructions

A bit of a challenge on the installation. Not unmanageable. Torque wrench is a necessity. Flexible camera helps place the nuts inside the frame tubes. Took me two days including the wiring harness.

It was nice that everything you need came together in 3 boxes. Disappointed that it came with no instructions. However, seller was quick to answer questions. This kit is not for the inexperienced. You must have mechanical knowledge and good tools. You will have to make two 1/2 drill holes into each side of your frame. And you can either grind down two bolts or grind a frame access hike larger to get bolts thru. You will also have to cut two 7" slots on your plastic mud guard. Entire job from running wires thru frame to removing bumper and installing plate and etc took me about 10 hours. But I did take breaks. Doing it myself did save me a lot of money but was not easy. End result, nice clean finish. Instructions really would have been helpful.

Trends Auto was exceptionally fast on replacing a missing part from a towing kit for a Jeep Gladiator. Was impressed with their customer service, and would definitely order from them again!
