Bought the base plae with the removable pins first we had difficulty installing the plates because the hole did not line upThen the first time we used it the removable pins bent i called blue ix they told me my $1000 tow bar was was to old i need a new one there new one has 3 finger not 1 like my blue ox tow bar is and they didn’t even offer to replace the pinsMight look at a diffrent brandThanks for noticing blue ox
