The hand dryer works as described but it is missing screws to keep it securely in place. Although there is no need for any to touch the actual dryer is moves around when touched. Had all the parts been included I would give it 5 stars.

Compact but very powerful. Not that noisy, can't hear much from outside of bathrooms, and helps with the mess people make with disposable paper towels all over the floors instead of in the trash can.

Effectively dries hands but too noisy for a small office. Will have to replace with a quieter unit.

I own a restaurant and have one of these units in both the men's and ladies room.. Works great and dries your hand quickly!

I received a broken unit right out the box, but I returned it and got a replacement in a timely fashion. The air dryer itself is really good and gets the job done.

Power, power, power. Love it's ability to "getter done" but I wish it could be a little quieter. Guess you can't have it all and it's worth the noise to have something that actually works!
