I like using these types of items to cross my details out from packages and the like if they're using thermal paper. After using this a few times, it works as well as some of the alternatives I have at home. The knife is also nice and sharp, and overall this product is small enough to keep in a pocket or purse if needed.

This is a great little tool. If you need to take pictures of products as you unbox them, and a shipping label is visible on the product box, this little tool allows you to completely erase that shipping label. It only works on thermal labels/paper, and pretty much all shipping labels are printed on thermal paper. The cutter is helpful for cutting through tape on boxes and bags. I don't know why they are saying that it is "correction fluid", as that is not at all what it is.Once used, nothing can be printed on that label again, as it destroys the chemical properties that allow for the thermal printing. In the picture where I used it, I only removed some of the printing. When I use it on a shipping label, I cover the entire label, and you don't see what looks like skid-marks on the partial removal.
