Didn’t expect much for less than $10 so I’m not surprised. It can be fixed. I’ll grind off the scribe line and mark a new one in the correct place. So all in all this one is probably as good as any for a starting point.

If you regularly have to drill holes thru round stock and it has to be fairly accurate, this tool should fill the bill! Usually used on drill press work because a method of holding the round stock must be provided. The one I bought is to replace one i lost and is of good quality
