Easy to use. It's not that bad. Switched through three cars and had no trouble connecting. Calls are not clear but music is fine. Good enough for the price.

The controls are intuitive and the phone sound quality is excellent on both sides of a call. It also works great for streaming audio from a cellphone. Many on the market, but I would highly recommend this one.

Works great. Has both USB & USB C connector for charging (so charges 2 devices at once). Bought second one for second car. Note: if you want to turn off the light, hold down the forward arrow to change color. On position is no color.

I bought this to replace my cassette adapter in my SUV because that audio sounded muffled. The audio quality of the radio, cassettes, and CDs played on the aging Bose system in my SUV is still quite excellent but the cassette adapter's frequently range just wasn't cutting it. I chose Otemly BC81 because it claimed "Hi-Fi Stereo Music" on one of the project pages, still does. Ok, "Hi-Fi" maybe, "Stereo" definitely NOT!Try listening to material with obvious stereo panning on radio, cassettes, and CDs, even my cassette adapter, you can hear audio features in the mix pan left channel to right and vice versa. Not on the Otemly BC81! Example tracks "What Is and What Should Never Be" by Led Zeppelin and "Lucky Man" by Emerson, Lake, and Palmer. The USB-A/USB-C charger is impressive. Supports PD3.0 33 Watts, 4 PDO ranges, Apple 5V 2.4A, Samsung AFC 9V & 12V, Huawei FCP 5V, 9V, & 12V, QC2.0 5V, 9V, & 12V, QC3.0 11.5V Max.So, misleading "Stereo" advertising, wish the device didn't strobe while connected, wish USB-A/USB-C cords didn't block buttons while connected, and pretty awesome charger that I don't use because its cords block the buttons. Oh, the first one was returned with a nonfunctional mic.

I am impressed by how easy it is to use and how effectively it works. It connects automatically. I've used others. This one is better. And then my son "borrowed" it for his truck, and I haven't seen it since.....

The mic was very sensitive. People on the other end of the call said they could hear the large trucks driving by and the noise from my engine. And as I drove it picked up static and it cut out the call. At night it was worse. I would not recommend this if you need it for calls. The bluetooth did pick up immediately so that was nice. Listening to music was clear until it picked up static.

This is a very impressive device. No more wires to plug in your streaming device. Plugs into your cigarette lighter and once locked into your phone Bluetooth picks it up every time and transmits to your selected radio station. If you are going on a trip no more looking for local stations it will stay on a program as long as there is cell phone signal. I listen to iHeart which has lots of streaming from all over the country. When a phone call comes in the program stops and the mic. in the device picks up your voice to talk and who you are talking to is no won the radio in any car. Love It!
