I do a bit of fishing from a kayak or from the bank. Livewells do not exist for my size of kayak, I used to drop a large catfish for frying down the hatch into the hull. Sort of a pain and I hate a fish flopping around down there. So I started looking around, found this. My kayak sets outside with fishing tackle on it a lot of the time and it’s good the hardware is stainless so it doesn’t rust and make rust streaks etc. Also noted that the beads between the snap lock glow in the dark, which makes it handy for locating it if you tie it up along shore when bank fishing. So far I’ve used it more for bluegill than anything else and it works great.

I think this product is better than described and absolutely better than any "chain" I've ever used. It's quite long and the hooks are large enough for one or more fish. I ordered the orange color and I like it, it definitely sticks out amongst the crowd of usual colors or chains. This thing is for sure worth the money, it performs well on docks, boats and banks so it's versatile, just as easy to use as a "normal chain" and I think this is way more durable too.
