These are really handy and well made.They come mosly assembled. You need to attach two bolts for each holder.They are lightweight but sturdy.They make it easy to tape from a ladder or a scaffold.

I love these pan holders. The quality of the materials is great and it really holds a full pan VERY well without slouching or tilting. The metal is thicker than it looked in the pictures and it fits my pan well. The tape holder comes unattached, but that worked out great for me. I kept one of them with the paper holder unattached and attached it to the other. tape holder strut is held in place with two nylon locking nits and the rod just drops into place through a guide hole. Super simple to use. Super good quality.
