All the photos made it look double-sided. It's not. The color is only on one side so unless you're hanging from somewhere REALLY high, the underside is visible and sort of ugly. Also, the string is thick and white. This makes it sturdy, but the strings are very visible, even when hung close to the ceiling and trimmed. As for the color, it's pretty but much duller than it appears in the photo. It didn't suit my needs so I'm returning it.

One side of this is definitely much duller than the pictures. I was not able to use it for a birthday party decoration as i wanted to, so I will be returning this. It could still be cute but didn’t work out for me in the way i wanted.

So if you are going to hang this like they show in the pictures, you'll need 6 places to tie the strings. I had a hard time finding places to tie the strings, but I had some command strips to stick to the ceiling and wall. It is a really great quality banner though. The colors are super bright and the fabric is sturdy. I was worried it would be papery and tear, but not at all. It made a great rainbow for the leprechaun's pot of gold on St Patty's day.

I bought this for a Wizard of Oz themed party. It was very easy to hang up and looks great. I plan to hang it up in my daughter's room after the party because she thinks it's so cute. The fabric itself is sturdy, but light enough to drape well.
