BMW exact part. This is a common cause of oil leaks in E90s. I had trouble with the bottom bolt, but ended up getting it out with a dremel and an air chisel. Sure enough, when I got the housing off there was a stream of oil running down the bottom. It had been leaking from there for years.Bought extra bolts just in case and ended up needing one. However, those particular bolts are steel, so you don’t have to replace them like many of the 1 time use BMW aluminum bolts.

Product came with no label, no clue who the manufacturer is. The only reason i purchased this product is because it stated OEM and I have no clue if this is original product or not

Bought to replace the OFHG on my 2009 BMW X3. It's the real deal and is a perfect fit. As a side note don't try to remove the oil filter housing without buying proper eTorx tools. You run a very high chance of stripping the heads of the bolts.
