The shift boot was a perfect color match and fit for my 1999 323i (e46) sedan with beige interior. It took all of one minute to replace the cracking, worn shift boot that had been bothering me for over a year. Anyone can handle this replacement in the driveway- no tools are required. It's almost like changing the floor mat.

My old one was the original on my 2000 323i. It had the normal wear and tear that you may be seeing on yours if you are reading this. There should be 4 small tears on each inside corner around the shifter. My new one looks amazing. It's smooth and was a breeze to install. It's also cheaper then getting it at the dealer.

I'm very happy with this purchase. My gear shift boot was damaged and it made my car interior look not as neat as I wanted. I ordered this part because I really needed to replace mine. When it came, I didn't expect something of great quality...however, this product is great. Being honest, looks better than the one the car had originally! I recommend this buy.
