Got the Orange strap. It's bright and comfortable compared to the tight, elastic plastic crap that's out there.

Fit perfectly, I tested yanking on it a few times and reliably tripped the kill switch with no damage. Folks that complain the plastic on these breaks too easily have to understand it's meant to flip the kill switch, but not at the expense of tethering you to the boat should you fall out (and possibly causing severe injury or drowning, should it get hung up on something). Plastic is designed to break, just like a shear pin on a snowblower.The wristband is super comfortable as well.Stretchy cord length was good enough to use the full throttle and operate other switches or controls nearby.
