I recently refurbished my powerboat and got this to hold life jackets and other items. It’s well made and I can hang it in the boat. I like that this is mesh that allows water to drain, and breathes so mold will not grow.Good deal.

Good for extra storage on a leaning post or pontoon boat or inside hatches. I'm using it on my fishing barge with no built in storage as simple storage. Boxes just collect smells especially in Florida humidity, mesh doesn't. Typical mesh storage , used these for many years with dive gear, beach stuff to let gear, towels and things dry out and not become smelly. You could fit a number of rolled up towels, sunscreen, flip flops in there. type 2 preservers, 1 would let you velcro the top, you can fit 2 in there if you don't....without a rectangle bottom you're limited to fitting and closing more than 1. Expected construction considering the price, I've used similar for many years with good lifespan. The clasps hold securely.I would prefer grommets in addition to the straps to help secure it. Typically the elastic straps and plastic buckles in this Florida outdoor environment wear quicker on these types of things in the sun. Conversely anything but stainless grommets tend to rust, those may add to the price point. As listed it meets my expectations.
