Made of good rubber and fits my 12 hp outboard just not sure about it staying in place in long trips etc. Seems like it might come loose with a good bounce or three. Easy to put on but nothing but pressure and hope keeps it there if it stays it's worth yhe money if it becomes road kill somewhere down the line well we will see.
