When the bass are not biting I’ll grab these grub like lures. They seem to like them and keeps me from going home ‘skunked’.

First of all, I love this lure. It catches fish. The swimming action is second to none. I like using it with a 1/32 or 1/16 oz eagle claw swim jig. I have multiple colors but really love the monkey milk. Again, it catches fish: from bass, to bluegill, to crappie. Now, the problems.The plastic on these lures is incredibly soft and fragile. I went through a pack of 15 in about 3 hours. I averaged maybe 2 fish per lure. That’s still 30+ fish, so I’m not complaining TOO much! The tails (while having great action) rip off very very easily. I pretty much had to re-thread the lure upside down after each catch to continue using the lure the plastic rips so easily. I’ve included pictures.So, great lure, great action, catches fish, but don’t expect them to last more than a few fish at most.

I tested this bait on a 1/16 oz jig head and felt that the speed at which it needs to be swam for any action is too fast for catching crappie's consistently

The electric chicken minnow tail is the best color I've ever used. I live on a private lake and fish all the time. When I put this tail on, I caught three crappie on my first three casts. Then a few casts later I caught a nice four pound bass. My only regret is that I haven't been able to find a plastic worm in this same color pattern. If the company sees this review, I beg you to please make an electric chicken worm.

First day out I caught 17 crappie in a few hours and two days later I caught my limit 25 in three hours all using these and the monkey milk. The crappie loved them, when no one else was catching fish I was still snatching them out. What fun I had.
