The main benefit from my experience is how easy it is to use and how versatile it is. So far I've used it on my morning runs, to record action shots. It's also great if you work in high risk environments and want video evidence of what happened.The other function that works particularly well is the night vision. After using the camera at night I was able to clearly see the video footage.

The body camera is very compact and light. It appears slightly flimsy. However, so far it is working flawlessly. This can also be used as a general use camera. The battery life is also excellent.
