The proportions on this are not a standard body pillow, it is more of an elongated bolster. It is filled very full of a slightly silky polyfil, not quite as bouncy as a squishmallow but with that sort of slip. I wasn't prepared for how narrow it is, which will be harder to find pillowcases for. That said, it's not that it doesn't give you dimensions, it's that when I think body pillow I have a really specific size in mind that would not look much different from the picture.Mine rebounded almost instantly on unpacking, though it says to allow for 3 days.

I'll start off by saying, I may just regret getting this... My husband absolutely loves it, and I don't blame him at all because it is super soft yet has a great shape that is almost like an oval type of shape, and it just feels incredible. He's been sleeping with a pillow between his legs and hugging another for waaay before I met him, so this is a really great size that allows him to just use one pillow, but that may just be the not so good part about it, because he turns so frequently in his sleep so at night, rather than taking his pillows and turning to put them between us as he sleeps, he ends up holding me instead which I love, but I guess this has given him such amazing sleep that he subconsciously started moving it to the other side BETWEEN US in his sleep so I get much less cuddles from his sleeping self ;(. Still like I said, I can't blame him because this pillow is just amazing quality and I'm definitely going to be ordering one myself, thank you!

My husband mentioned a couple years ago wanting a body pillow, but the one he pointed out to me for gifting ideas was some high-end pillow made from hand-harvested, organic rubber from like, 6 trees in Sri Lanka. Funny enough, I never managed to get it for him. But along comes this entirely normal, fairly standard body pillow, so we decided to slum it enough to try it out.He likes it! It is sturdy enough to provide the support he wants, but flexible enough to bend and move into the right position. Being 100% polyester, it's easy to take care of, but isn't particularly breathable. There are zippers on the outer pillowcase to take it off to wash easily and on the pillow itself, so that you can add more polyfill as it condenses over time. I would like to have another outer pillow case for it that we could choose the color of to blend better with our bedroom colors, and to add one more layer that's easily washable between you and the pillow itself.We would purchase again.

....which is why I ordered it. It is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but for me that's okay. I have been using a regular (wider) body pillow for many years, to the point I can't sleep without one because of my knees. But sometimes my regular body pillow just seems to be too wide, especially if the room is a bit warmer. So I decided to order this thinner one to test it out, thinking it would be cooler to use. (I found out it is.)When it arrived I tried it out right away, and was surprised it seemed to work very well. Perhaps no better than my wide one, but it does feel a lot different, and as just stated is a lot cooler. However, I didn't use it as described on the website, as I didn't pull it up to use part of it as a head pillow. One test try that way and I realized that didn't leave the rest of the pillow in a comfortable position. However it might work better that way on shorter people. As long as it is, it's just not long enough for me to use it for my head and still have enough left for the rest of my body. (I'm 5'7")Time will tell how well it stands up to continued use, but for now it works well.There was no offensive odor so I was pleased about that of course.What I don't like is since this pillow is so long and thin you can't use a regular body pillow case for it. Yes, it does come in it's own plain white case, but there is no option given to buy extra cases. Having just one case is inconvenient. For the price charged a second case should be included, as I don't think this pillow is worth $30.00 as is. So at least including the option to buy more cases in other colors or patterns would help a lot.

It says it's 10 inches wide, but eh... maybeee it was when there was no stuffing and it was a flat piece of cloth laid out?? All fluffed up, mine's about 7 1/2, maybeeee 8 inches wide. It's almost skinny enough to just say it's a long tube. It's otherwise soft and comfy, but I definitely would've preferred for it to be a bit bigger than expected, rather than smaller. The plan was to put this between my thighs/knees, as I sleep on my side. This moreso just goes between my knees, while I use some other pillow stuffed between my thighs to fill the large gap left by this skinny pillow.. So, for me, it's a bit disappointing. Maybe it's that I have long legs, but I really just needed a larger pillow than this to stuff between my legs. Main reason it loses stars is because I took out a tape measure, and it's not 10 inches wide. See the picture I've included. I pulled my measuring tape out to 10 inches, and it's an obvious good bit short of that.. (Also, that's what she said.. lol)
