Why does the cup holder sag after the cup is installed?
The issue of the cup sinking into the cup holder is due to physical principles. When the cup holder is placed in the higher positions of the first or second row, the center of gravity is higher, leading to decreased overall stability. We recommend installing the cup holder in the third or fourth row of holes on the Bogg bag. This lower position will reduce the center of gravity, increasing stability and preventing the cup holder from sinking.

It’s a good concept, I use it inside my baby bogg to hold my cup upright. It’s not secured in there though, because the buttons are impossible to snap! I threw the buttons away!

I love this Bogg Bag cup holder! It frees up my hands so I don’t have to carry my water cup around but still have it nearby. My daughter is a softball player so when we go to her games, I always have a ton of stuff. Being able to have my water cup attached directly to my bag is a game changer. I’m also a lot less likely to set my cup down and forget about it. It’s also convenient that there a space for my cell phone. Having it on the outside of my bag makes it much easier to get to rather than hunting through all the stuff inside to find it.One thing I will mention, if your bag doesn’t have much in it, but your cup is full and you have your phone in the pocket, it’s going to pull it over. It’s just a lot of weight concentrated in one small area. This is not a problem when I’m carrying the bag around, only when I set it down. Mine is usually full of stuff however, so I rarely have that issue.The cup holder itself, attaches to my bag very easily and there are multiple ways to arrange it. You can even secure it inside, if you choose, but you will lose bag space by doing that.Finally, I also love that there are holes on the holder itself so I can decorate it the way I want. Just an added touch that I appreciate.

It is an absolutely gadget to have if you use your bag for work keeps you from carrying too much on your hands, even to take to park or to the beach this gadget is a must

I like it but it isn't sturdy at all. It's very flimsy. It fits well, it's a good size, and it serves it's purpose. I do not like the way the snaps stick together and don't come apart! It's easy to install but a pain if you need to move it to a different spot on your bag.
