The ad stated that the outside was leather and it wasn't. I can't wear them so I had to return them but they look like a well made rubber boot.

These are very nice waterproof boots. They run big so they are easy to slip on but need to adjust your sizing accordingly. If you wear them for any extended period of time you need socks as they boots will chafe your feet.

They run a size bigger ie My son is a 12 and we had to return and get a size 11. Great quality boots. Iām sure he will have them a long time.

As a person with large calves I love the height of these boots! Very easy to slide into and the width is perfect. I can wear socks comfortably in them and the tops are wide enough to tuck pant legs in.

These are very comfortable and 100% waterproof. Great for landscaping projects. I added a pair of Walk Hero inserts. Super comfy.

Perfect boots for when only a few inches of snow or slush on driveway. Not well insulated but do the job and are well made. Wide width and easy to get on and off, even when wearing thick socks. Slightly larger than actual size 10 but no slop. Great for intended use when temps are in the 20-30's with light snow or melting snow

I was looking for an ankle boot to wear around the yard following rainstorms. Ground gets pretty saturated. I wanted something that I could easily slip on and it would hold up to just sliding my foot in without having to bend over to pull it on. This boot works perfectly for that feature. Also, it is very comfortable. It is padded inside so I can slip my barefoot into the boot and it is quite comfortable. Out walking around the yard in the snow without socks on this past winter and the boot kept my foot warm too. Very happy with this boot.

Update: I contacted Bogs customer service with the pics attached to this review, and I was sent a replacement immediately. So it's bumped up to 4 stars for honoring the warranty. I love my boots again. Hopefully for more than 6 months this time.Original Review: I used these boots for light-duty, backyard gardening, and LOVED them for the entire 6 months that they lasted. They were comfortable, caused no pain (something I struggle with), and most importantly easy-on/easy-off so I didn't track dirt in the house. But the exterior sole wore out VERY quickly, leaving large holes in the bottom (see pics). My wife has a pair of Bogs that she's been using for the same purpose for 6 years and they're still in great shape. But these didn't last more than 6 months. As much as I loved them, these are too expensive to replace 2x/yr. Will be looking for something else to replace. Do better Bogs!

I have never worn a comfy pair of rain boots until these - amazing! Lots of room for wide foot and calf. I am five nine and 200 lbs .. I almost feel dainty in them - perfect for fall winter.
