As others have pointed out, the tabs are both a little hard to open and easy to break. I managed to not break any on the second one, but repeated openings would probably break them.I like these, but I'd recommend them only if your wiring is mounted on a panel. They are not ideal for my application, which is to protect a wire used for an emergency inverter that I will connect to my car during power outages. While these will work fine, it's going to be a pain if I ever trip the fuse. As the same bolts are used to connect both the wires and the fuse, it's a bit challenging to assemble on a loose 2 AWG wire that's zip-tied under my hood. I should have found a traditional glass fuse holder for this use, but I went ahead with these and hope that I never blow a fuse. But for the right project, these were a good deal.Note that I had to enlarge the cutouts in the cover to fiy my large crimped connectors. It was easy to cut them with a utility knife.

Worked out very well for me. I was going to try MAXI fuses, but those things are impossible to deal with. These were the goldilocks solution.

Blade type inline fuses internal contacts can bend as you install/reinstall these won’t have that problem. They work beautifully.

I am not sure how this is supposed to be a solution to protect the wiring: If you use proper sized wire for 200A, the terminals can not fit on the tiny posts provided. I worry that the connections will heat up and cause a fire. Replacing with a fuse with larger posts.
