Round capacitor can be used to substitute oval shape one with the
same MFD AND Volt specs.A 450 volt capacitor can be used in place
of a 370 volt, as it is build better, but the 370 can’t be used in place
of a 450 volt.

Some of the most common air conditioning issues are manageable by a typical DIYer including replacing the capacitor that can swell and fail over time. Easy to install, this is an inexpensive quality replacement for the original capacitor. Be sure to check that the specs match and connect the wires correctly. H/Herm will be your (hermetic) compressor.

tolerance off by +/- 1 from the originals but these work perfectly. had a capacitor out over a sizzling weekend and had it in hand from amazon in 1 day. very cool Amazon (pun intended). good value, quick and easy repair. the size off slightly but decent fit. i bought 2 figured the other ac will need to be replaced soon (rusted contacts). time will tell on longevity and durability. highly recommend.

This part went out just a the peak of the heat! Amazing to the race with fast delivery. My husband had it installed in about 5 mins and we had nice cold AC again. Easy replacement and it held up to the summer heat!

Capacitor is a capacitor Right? In any case, it appears to be well made. The unit is heftier than others. Better check if you have enough installation space. For the money, I wish it comes with mounting hardware and strap.
