The seller was excellent and supplied the product as described. However, amazon placed the floor cleaner in a regular bag with no packaging and the bottles arrived dented and leaking through the bag. Returns aren't really an option because I'm not about to take a leaking bag of liquid to a UPS drop off.

The product is good but if you leave the cartridge in , it leaks out .I probably will try something else.

This product was recommended by a professional floor finisher. I love it! It cleans while leaving a nice soft luster.....not overly shiny. No wax buildup which is important because wax attracts dirt.
