I found the bowls were not for large dogs. I also found the silicone bottom fall off very easy.

Heavy duty so they don’t tip over. Hold a lot of water and food. Good value for the money.

I like that they are a perfect size for our adult cats. The bowls don't slide around and you can remove the rubber if needed.

I have a 40 lb dog. A medium sized bowl is just right for his 1 cup of kibbles that he gets twice a day but it is too small for his water. I am having to refill more times than I'd like in a day and I'm always afraid of getting distracted and forgetting to refill. So I would recommend the medium bowls for dogs around 20 lbs. I should've gotten large. It's too bad I couldn't buy this particular design as a s single bowl (to get a matching bigger bowl for water). Each bowl says eat and drink on opposite sides. I like the removable silicone for the bottom, and that the bowls are easy to clean.
