Bones Bearings have done it again. This time, by bringing the legendary speed and strength of Bones Super Swiss 6 to skaters at an affordable cost. We call them BIG BALLS. Bones has created this new REDS bearing because we know skaters are not all the same, and do not all skate the same terrain. BIG BALLS provide skaters with another excellent choice to help them optimize their equipment to match the terrain they ride.
Like all Bones Bearings, BIG BALLS are Skate Rated, which means they are designed especially for skating. They have very low friction, are made from top quality materials, and share a design similar to our popular Bones Super Swiss 6.
BIG BALLS feature six 17% larger diameter balls, high speed ball retainers, a removable dust shield for easy cleaning, and come pre-lubed with Bones Speed Cream to make them faster and last longer. The Bones BIG BALLS construction offers some unique advantages that will appeal to street, park, pool, ramp, downhill, and recreational skaters who can utilize more speed.

These bearings are nice but I've bought several boxes of them and didn't think to check the box before the return period was up, and had one missing a shield. The seller directed me where I might be able to buy them elsewhere instead of fixing it and backing up their product. Make sure you check things when you receive them.

These bearings are great!I typically use the standard reds bearings as they cost less than these.This was my first time trying these and I was impressed.I will still likely continue buying the reds bearings but I will also probably by these for some of my sets of skates.They feel awesome when using them.

If you're ready to invest a little bit into your skate set up, these are a great place to start. They are easy to install, roll super smooth, and at ABEC-9 they're nicer than most stock bearings. I noticed a faster roll when I put'em on, so keep that in mind. I don't know a whole lot about skating, but if *I* can tell the difference in my ignorance, anybody can. Treat yourself to some good equipment.

I put these in outdoor quads skates when I don’t want to spend the extra on super Swiss just to trash them outside. I love them. They friggin roll on and on! The blue cover is pretty too and really pops with hot pink wheels.

I love these! They're smooth and make a difference. I use these on my outdoor skates and the reds on my indoor skates. I love how smoothly and quickly my wheels roll.

I just bought a 2nd set of these bearings to use on my estro jen bowl bombers.I have the 1st set in my fundae wheels. I have a couple sets of bones super swiss 6 that I use in my bout day roller derby wheels.I do feel like these a rolling just as good as the super swiss 6 for my use any way, and for less than half the price!Definitely a little better than the bones reds. But bones reds will always be my go to for trail & street skating and ever day indoor skating. If you have the extra $15 then you won’t regret going with these over the standard bones reds.
